From Western Queens and Manhattan, heading east to Forest Hills

Take the Long Island Expressway East

Exit at RT-25 / Queens Blvd. / Woodhaven Blvd. (Exit 19)

Take the Woodhaven Blvd. ramp toward Rockaways / Queens Blvd.

Take the ramp toward RT-25 / Queens Blvd.

Stay straight to go onto Eliot Ave.
