Directions: From east (Nassau and Suffolk)
Long Island Expressway (route 495) west to exit 33, “Community Drive.”
Make first right onto Community Drive and proceed north for 1/2 mile.
Turn right into hospital entrance #3.

Northern Blvd west to “Community Drive/East Shore Road” intersection after passing Macy’s on the left.
Make a left turn onto “Community Drive” and proceed south for 1/2 mile.
Turn left into hospital entrance #3.

Directions: From west (Queens and Manhattan)
Long Island Expressway (route 495) east to exit 33, “Lakeville Road/Community Drive.”
Make second left onto Community Drive and proceed north for 1/2 mile.
Turn right into hospital entrance #3.

Northern Blvd east to “Community Drive/East Shore Road” intersection.
Make a right onto “Community Drive” and proceed south for 1/2 mile.
Turn left into hospital entrance #3.

Once on the hospital campus
Proceed straight from entrance #3.
Following the signs, go past the parking garage on the right and bear right at the top of the hill.
The Center for Human Reproduction is located on the lower level of the Ambulatory Surgery building, with its own main entrance located on the left side of the building.
Ample, free parking for our patients is available in front of our entrance.
